February 19, 2010 Hancock County Republican Committee Minutes

 

The February meeting was a Lincoln Day dinner.   It was not a regular business meeting. 

 

All candidates present were introduced.   They included:

Jason Levesque read the Gettysburg Address

Each candidate or representative gave a Lincoln quote.

Andrew Variso read a letter from Senator Snowe.

Jessica Logan read a letter from Senator Collins.

Eric White, vice-chair of the HCRC and coordinator of the event thanked his committee, Janice Eldridge, Connie Henkle, Brenda Breeding and Doreen Laferriere.   He also thanked the cooks from Jaspar’s for their excellent dinner.

Key Note Speaker:  Was Terry Bragden from the Maine Heritage Policy Center.  His words were very inspiring and he received a standing ovation.

 

Meeting adjourned after a very positive experience.
